Shinde government's big gift to government employees, increase in inflation allowance
The Maharashtra state government has decided to increase the dearness allowance of the state government employee by 3 percent. The increase will be applicable from 1st January 2022. Therefore, the employees will also get arrears from January to July 2022 in the salary of August 2022.
The benefit of increased dearness allowance will be available in cash from August 2022. State government officers and employees will now get 34 percent dearness allowance. Till now he was getting 31% dearness allowance.

महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाने राज्य शासकीय कर्मच्याऱ्याच्या महागाई भत्यात 3 टक्के ने वाढ करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. सदर वाढ ही 1 जानेवारी 2022 पासून लागू होणार आहे. त्यामुळे कर्मच्याऱ्यांना ऑगस्ट 2022 च्या पगारात जानेवारी ते जुलै 2022 ची थकबाकी देखील मिळणार आहे.
वाढीव महागाई भत्त्याचा लाभ रोखीने ऑगस्ट २०२२ पासून मिळणार आहे. राज्य शासकीय अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांना आता ३४ टक्के महागाई भत्ता मिळणार आहे. आतापर्यंत त्यांना ३१ टक्के महागाई भत्ता मिळत होता.
