आयुक्तालयाच्या सूचना; शिक्षण सर्व शाळांमध्ये आता मुलींना कराटे प्रशिक्षण शिक्षण

राज्यातील शाळेतील मुलींनाही मिळणार कराटे प्रशिक्षण,शिक्षण आयुक्तालयाच्या सूचना - Marathi News | School girls in the state will also get karate training, instructions from the Education Commissionerate राज्यातील विद्यापीठे आणि काॅलेजप्रमाणेच आता शाळांमध्ये शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या मुलींनाही तीन महिने कराटेचे प्रशिक्षण दिले जाणार आहे. यासंदर्भात प्राथमिक, माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण संचालकांनी परिपत्रक काढावे, अशी सूचना शिक्षण आयुक्तालयातर्फे करण्यात आली आहे.

राज्यातील सर्व शाळांमध्ये (All schools in the state) आता मुलींना तीन महिने कराटेचे प्रशिक्षण (Karate training) दिले जाईल, हे शिक्षण आयुक्तालयाने निर्णय केलं आहे. त्यासाठी प्राथमिक, माध्यमिक आणि उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण संचालकांनी (The Director of Education should issue a circular) परिपत्रक काढायला हवं. याची सूचना शिक्षण आयुक्तालयाकडून (Commissionerate of Education) दिली गेली आहे. मुंबईतील वसतीगृहात एका विद्यार्थिनीची हत्या झाली होती, ज्यामुळे मुलींना शारीरिक दृष्ट्या सक्षम करण्याची गरज अधिक वाटते. ह्या कारणाने काही संघटनांनी शिक्षण विभागाला हे सुचवले होते. त्यानंतर हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.

२०१४ मध्ये राज्याने तिसरे महिला धोरण घोषित केले होते. त्या धोरणानुसार, सर्व शिक्षण संस्थांनी मुलींसाठी किमान एकदा तीन महिन्यांचा कराटे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करावा असे निर्णय घेतले होते. त्यामुळे राज्यातील सर्व शाळांना मुलांना किमान तीन महिने कराटे प्रशिक्षण देण्याचे आदेश दिले गेले होते. ही मागणी सुराज्य निर्माण सेनेच्या महिला अध्यक्षा पुष्टी भारद्वाज यांनी केली होती.

त्यावरती, शिक्षण आयुक्तालयाच्या प्रशासन अधिकाऱ्यांनी प्राथमिक, माध्यमिक आणि उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण संस्थांच्या संचालकांना पत्र पाठवले. हे पत्र संचालक कार्यालयाच्या कार्यालयातून पाठविण्यात येत होते. यामुळे राज्यातील शिक्षण कार्यालयांना त्यांच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील शाळांमध्ये मुलींसाठी कराटे प्रशिक्षण उपक्रम आयोजित करण्याची सूचना दिली जाईल. या कार्यक्रमाने राज्यातील दीड कोटी मुलींना स्वसंरक्षणाचे धडे मिळणार आहे. यामुळे मुलींवर होणारे अत्याचार रोखले जाणार आहे.

According to that policy, it was decided that all educational institutions should conduct a three-month karate training program for girls at least once. Therefore, all schools in the state were ordered to train children in karate for at least three months. This demand was made by Pushti Bharadwaj, women president of Surajya Nirman Sena.

On this, the administrative officers of the Commissionerate of Education sent letters to the directors of primary, secondary and higher secondary educational institutions. This letter was sent from the office of the director's office. This will instruct state education offices to organize karate training activities for girls in schools under their jurisdiction. Through this program, one and a half crore girls in the state will get self defense lessons. This will prevent the abuse of girls.
